“Love for the profession and respect for ingredients and seasonality“: these are the key elements of Chef Giuseppe Geraci’s menù, which playfully evokes the traditions and influences of his homeland in his creations.

Giuseppe Geraci and Alessandra Quattrocchi lead Castellaro Bistrot, bringing their distinctive vision and signature style. Young, independent, and full of initiative, they opened Ristorante Modì in 2011 in Giuseppe’s hometown of Torregrotta. Their cuisine masterfully blends traditional Aeolian recipes with contemporary flavors, creating dishes that are both authentic and refined. Passionate storytellers of their land, they quickly earned acclaim in Italy’s top culinary guides and, in 2019, were honored with the “Best in Sicily” award, joining the prestigious Soste di Ulisse and Chic Charming Italian Chef circuits.
Surrounded by the silence of nature, Castellaro Bistrot is a small refuge from the world, a place where time slows down.
The panoramic terrace, overlooking the vineyard, blends perfectly with the relaxing atmosphere of the estate, creating the ideal setting for spending pleasant moments in a surprising and unexpected part of Lipari.
The Bistrot is open for lunch and dinner with à la carte and tasting menus, enriched by surprising pairings with our wines from Tenuta di Castellaro, Etna as well as French sparkling wines carefully selected from small Vignerons de la Champagne.
