Surrounded by the elegance of our vineyards, by silence and unspoiled nature, we creatively bring to life the ancient Aeolian and Sicilian tradition.

The Bistrot is open for lunch and dinner with à la carte and tasting menus, enriched by surprising pairings with our wines from Lipari and Etna, as well as French sparkling wines carefully selected from small Champagne vignerons.

Chef Giacomo Caravello

Always captivated by the world of fine dining and great wine, at the age of 24, Giacomo decided to change his path and pursue his dream of working in the restaurant industry. Since spring 2025, he has been enthusiastically sharing in the Castellaro Bistrot project.

I’ve selected my favorite ingredients to create new dishes, infused with the same volcanic energy as always. At Castellaro Bistrot in Lipari, we’ll speak of the land in a truly unique setting.
