Bianco Porticello

Summer in a glass

Dedicated to the history and nature of Lipari, it recalls the famous Porticello beach with its pier, where the workers of the Pumice Quarries carried the loads to be embarked on the ships.

Fresh and balanced

A dry white wine, with a straw yellow color with bright green reflections, which comes from the combination of the liveliness of Carricante and the aromaticity of Moscato Bianco. The scent is herbaceous and the fruity notes, with hints of apple, make it fresh and balanced.

The pure saltiness

Pure saltiness: it is dedicated to one of the most famous beaches of Lipari, Bianco Porticello is the wine that restores to the eyes and the palate the suggestions of saltiness that shines on the skin bathed by the sea in the light of the sun's reflections.

Direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press and no clarification of the musts.

"It has aromas that range from herbaceous and iodine hints to floral and fruity sensations. To the taste, the progression is rhythmic and led by a continuous flavor".

WINENEWS September 2018
Reviews / Bianco Porticello

"Plenty of crunchy fresh citrus and green fruit and a mouth-watering finish and really salty.

It would be so easy to keep drinking this, especially on a hot day – either on its own or with plain fish dishes"

This wine is perfect to sip by the pool or in your beach chair after a long swim. The primary goal here is to quench your need for primary freshness and acidity, and the wine achievesits goal with ease.

Reviews / Bianco Porticello

Jaune d’or aux reflets verts; bouquet fruité et herbacé aux notes de pomme; frais en attaque, compact, doté d’une vive acidité bien intégrée et d’une finale minérale. De la finesse et un beau potentiel d’évolution.

Softly perfumed, spicy white fruit with notes of lemon peel. Citric vein running all the way through on the palate. Lovely viscosity and yet only 12%. Fine texture and long finish.
