After a very short walk, you will reach a panoramic spot immersed in the vineyard to taste our wine in complete freedom. Admiring Alicudi, Filicudi, and Salina islands, the magic begins with a splendid view of the vast sea. The basket includes a bottle of wine and an assortment of traditional gastronomic products (ideal for two people).

From Vine to Table, the Soul of the Aeolian Islands!
The cooking class offers a complete and immersive experience into the flavors and traditions of the Aeolian Islands. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare two authentic Aeolian dishes alongside the Castellaro Bistrot chef, learning techniques and secrets of the local cuisine.
The experience continues with a guided visit to the vineyard and winery and concludes with a lunch where the prepared dishes are paired with a tasting of three selected wines from the estate.
