Spring is undoubtedly a period of great euphoria: temperatures rise up and nature starts its course again after the cold winter months.

For us at Tenuta di Castellaro, the arrival of spring brings a lot of enthusiasm for a new vintage, but also the awareness of immediately determining the quality of production.

In these weeks we operated in the vineyards some rigorously manual practices which will allow our vines to have a correct vegetative development, essential for the production of high quality grapes.

Nature is the undisputed protagonist and remains the greater teacher so we just have to go along with it.
